29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: Location: Warehouse unit 4 96 Swampscott Road, Salem MA On or about 3/17/2023, the back emergency exit route was obstructed by pallets of materials. Rich Products Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.151(c), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1392282, citation 1, item 3, and was affirmed as a final order on 2/19/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1910 Gallagher Drive, Vineland, NJ 08360.
