29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, form and scrap lumber with protruding nails, and all other debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: (a) On or about March 07, 2023, at a residential construction site located at 6029 Kodiak Lane in Horace, ND, the employer did not ensure trash and other debris was cleared from work areas, ladders, in and around buildings or other structures, this exposed the employees to trip and falls.
