29 CFR 1910.37(a)(4): Safeguards designed to protect employees during an emergency (e.g., sprinkler systems, alarm systems, fire doors, exit lighting) must be in proper working order at all times: On or about February 23, 2023, at the facility located at 410 W Franklin Street, Appleton, WI, the panel view for the facility methane detection system was not working correctly and did not provide information on the operational status of the facility methane detection system. Employees at the facility were not able to determine if the facility methane detection system was working correctly.
