29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2):Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy. Establishment: On or about February 22, 2023, the employer did not ensure that an electrical receptacle outlet box located in the center of the workshop was provided with a faceplate. Zuse, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1526988, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 2, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 54 East Industrial Road, Branford, CT.
