29 CFR 1926.1060(a):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways, as necessary, which would enable each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and stairways and train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards. (a) Neal Communities, Grand Park at 10052 Canaveral Circle Sarasota, FL - On or about February 14, 2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that employees were using a folded eight foot "A" frame portable step ladder that was leaned against a concrete block wall as well as using the top cap as a step for access and egress.
