29 CFR 1904.32(a)(4):The employer did not post an OSHA 300A Form or equivalent by February 1 : On or about February 14, 2023, and times prior thereto, the employer did not post a signed copy of the 2022, OSHA 300A form in the workplace located at 418 South Avenue D, Burkburnett, Texas. NOTE: Dollar General was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1904.32(a)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1467642, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 28, 2020 with respect to a workplace located at 960 Lancaster Avenue, Columbia, Pennsylvania.
