29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: a. Door 106 - On or about December 20, 2022, the junction box for the shipping conveyor had an unused opening. b. Door 121 - On or about December 20, 2022, the junction box for the shipping conveyor had an unused opening. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.
