29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: a) At 4895 Old Louisville Road, Garden City, 31408: On or about December 16, 2022, and times prior to, the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards, in that areas in front of electrical panels in Warehouse 1 were used as storage and blocked by damaged motorcycles where employees work. b) At 4895 Old Louisville Road, Garden City, 31408: On or about December 16, 2022, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards, in that areas in front of electrical panels in Warehouse 2 were used as storage and blocked by pallets, barrels of chains, and other miscellaneous containers where employees work.
