29 CFR 1904.40(a): The employer did not provide an authorized government representative the records within four business hours. Dollar General, Vernon CT: On or about December 12, 2022, the employer failed to provide copies of the injury and illness records to an authorized representative. Follow-up phone calls were made and emails were sent as documented in the Case Diary to Area Management with no response received after initial contact. Dollar General was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1395846, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/28/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 21290 Hwy 603 KILN, MS 39556.
