29 CFR 1904.40(a): Basic requirement. When an authorized government representative asks for the records you keep under Part 1904, you must provide copies of the records within four (4) business hours: On and before, April 19, 2023, the employer did not provide copies of the OSHA 300A Summary Forms for 2020, 2021, and 2022, and a copy of the current OSHA 300 log kept under Part 1904 (OSHA 300 logs, and OSHA 300A Summary Forms).
