29 CFR 1904.29(b)(3):Each recordable injury or illness was not entered on the OSHA 300 Log and/or an incident report (OSHA Form 301 or equivalent) within seven (7) calendar days of receiving information that a recordable injury or illness has occurred: a) Facility: An employee injury sustained on 11/4/2022 from the employee cutting their right wrist while spot welding when a base cabinet began to fall and the employee tried to catch it and resulting in 5 days of job transfer or restriction. This injury was not recorded within seven days on the OSHA 300 log or equivalent form.
