29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a. Located at the job site at 161 Kohler Street, Lot 246, Pickerington, Ohio: On or about October 21, 2022, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that an effective safety and health program was maintained onsite to ensure that hazards were identified and corrected while employees performed framing work onsite. The hazards included, but were not limited to, operating nail guns without eye protection, and sheathing the roof at heights of up to 25 feet without fall protection measures. Antonio Aguilar Alva was previously cited for a Repeat-Serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1593580, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on September 26, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at Lot# RVO 341, 482 Rochdale Run, Delaware, Ohio, where employees operated nail guns without eye protection and worked from the second story without fall protection. Antonio Aguilar Alva was previously cited for a Repeat-Serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1563350, citation number 3, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on December 30, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 750 Wharncliff Loop, Pickerington, Ohio 43147 where employees operated nail guns without eye protection and worked from the roof without fall protection.
