29 CFR 1904.7(b)(4):The employer did not correctly classify the following work-related injuries or illnesses on the OSHA Form 300 or equivalent. 342 QUINNIPIAC STREET, WALLINGFORD, CT 06492: On or about April 10, 2023, the employer did not correctly enter the following work-related injuries or illnesses on the OSHA Form 300 or equivalent for the calendar year 2022: a) In November 2022, a Range Safety Officer was determined to have a high blood lead level which resulted in restricted duty. The illness would be appropriately captured by entering the date of the blood test in Column D and a check in Column M4 indicating poisoning. Abatement Certification and Documentation is required
