29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring were not protected from damage: On or about September 29, 2022, at 4295 Davie Road Extension, FL 33024, employees using an extension cord powering a nailgun were exposed to an electrical shock hazard while using an extension cord that was not protected from damage when it was passing through an exterior metal door in the rear of the store.
