29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: a) Production Floor, Sheeter line 1; On or about September 28, 2022, and at times prior to, the employer allowed employees to conduct maintenance activities on the conveyor motor without first being trained to ensure those employees had the knowledge and skill for the safe application, usage, and removal of energy controls, exposing the employees to electrical hazards. South Coast Paper was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.147(c)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1566336, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/06/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1500 John Galt Way Burlington, NJ.
