29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a. Located at 9062 Mitchell Crossing, Plain City, OH 43064: On or about September 20, 2022, the employer failed to develop and maintain an effective safety and health program to ensure that fall and struck-by hazards associated with residential construction were identified and corrected on site. Jerry M. Turnbaugh was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard, 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1292941, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 24, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 7566 Kelly Drive, Dublin, OH 43016.
