29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1): The employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section by preparing a written (training) certification record including the name or other identity of the employee trained, the date(s) of the training, and the signature of the person who conducted the training or the signature of the employer: (a) Worksite located at 948 Narragansett Boulevard, Providence, RI 02905: On or about September 15, 2022, the employer did not create a written certification record verifying that employees received adequate fall protection training for employees exposed to fall hazards. LTG Friends Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1384596, citation number 1, item number 1-b and was affirmed as a final order on July 4, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 10 School Street, Johnston, RI 02919.
