29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check: Family Dollar Stores, Inc./ Family Dollar Stores of Ohio, LLC/ Family Dollar Operations, LLC/ Dollar Tree, Inc./ Dollar Tree Management, LLC/ Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. dba Family Dollar Store #12671 on or about September 8, 2022, at the location of 4042 Warrensville Center Rd., Warrensville Heights, OH 44122: (a) The portable fire extinguisher in the stock room had been overdue for service since April of 2022. (b) The portable fire extinguisher near the door outside of the stock room had been overdue for service since April of 2022.
