On 09/01/2022, OSHA was provided with the company OSHA 300 logs showing a work-related injury to an employee that occurred on 06/23 /2022 requiring in in-patient hospitalization. XL Plastics was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1394684, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/04/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 220 Clifton Boulevard, Clifton, NJ.
