29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall: a) On August 16, 2022, an employee was exposed to fall hazards while carrying tools up the extension ladder. Arthur's Construction, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1503193, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on January 27, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 120 Pauline, Buffalo Grove, Illinois 60089. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
