29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1):It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a) Rojas Brothers Construction LLC, at a jobsite located at 138 Chapman Drive, Lot 323, Pataskala, Ohio 43062: On and/or preceding July 20, 2022, the employer failed to initiate and maintain a safety and health program such as but not limited to an electrical safety program, a fall protection program, and a ladder safety program for employees conducting framing work. Rojas Brothers Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1481700, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 18, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at Woodland Sky Drive, Lot 123, Pataskala, Ohio 43062 Miguel Ramirez, the owner of Rojas Brother Construction LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1378451, citation number 1 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 26, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 7267 Monarch Street, Canal Winchester, OH 43110.
