29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s): On or about June 28, 2022, on site of a residential structure located at 1304 Brinely Place, Lot 322, Lake Worth, Florida, an employee was using chemicals including but not limited to Saturated Felt Underlayments while the employer did not maintain the safety data sheets for that products at the worksite. All Phase Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1488904, citation number 02, item number 001, issued on 2/4/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 870 Laurel Oaks Way, Jupiter, Florida 33458, which became a final order on 02/19/2021.
