29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1):It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a. The employer continues to fail to initiate and maintain safety and health programs for roofers engaged in residential construction. The most recent incident of such failure occurred on or about May 5, 2022, located at 361 Kells Court West, Lot 13557, Newark, Ohio 43055: the employer did not initiate and maintain a safety and health program to ensure hazard detection and correction, while employees installed shingles to a new build residential home. Mr. �ngel P�rez, was previously cited for a repeat violation for this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1568670, citation number 3, item number 1 and was affirmed as final order on April 12, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 231, Granville, Ohio 43023.
