29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1): The employer did not verify fall protection training by preparing a written certification record: a) Marcos Morquecho, located at Lot 15 Ridgetop Lane, Dublin, OH 43017: On or about April 20, 2022, employees worked on trusses above 6' without fall protection, including a lack of guardrail, safety net, and personal fall arrest systems. Employer did not have an alternative fall protection measure in place. Employer did not keep written fall protection training certification records for employees.
