29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs necessary to ensure compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Standards such as a safety and health program with policy, hazard assessment, and work site rules was not developed and/or implemented at this job site: Site - On or about April 13, 2022, the employer did not initiate and maintain an accident and injury prevention program where employees were exposed to struck by, electrical, and fall hazards on the jobsite.
