29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet. a) Facility: On or about 3/9/2022, the employer did not develop and implement a hazard communication program that included a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present, such as, but not limited to, 95% sodium hydroxide, fluorescein green, silica, and ethylene glycol, using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
