29 CFR 1910.145(c)(2)(i): Caution signs were not used to warn against potential hazards or to caution against unsafe practices: (a) Facility: On or about January 7, 2022, there were no caution signs in place at the three openings in the expandable metal guards for the Bradbury rollers to the Bradbury standing seam roll form machine. In addition, there were no signs informing employees to keep the two expandable guards in the fully closed position whenever the Bradbury standing seam roll forming machine is being run.
