The employer did not train and instruct employees on the hazards and regulations required to avoid and eliminate unsafe conditions such as fall hazards and eye hazards. Juan M Dominguez Martinez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 14238883, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 17, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 6648 Buckmeyer Drive in Marysville, Ohio 43211. Juan M Dominguez Martinez was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1364366, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 31, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 6590 Marshview Drive, Lot 93, Hilliard, Ohio 43026.
