This subparagraph does not apply to manually operated sprockets: Location: 123 South 20th St. Irvington, NJ 07111 - Pad Lines/Dust Room/Shredding Line a) Employees exposed to amputation hazards while conducting fabric recycling operations approximately 1 foot away from a green Spezialmaschinen Dr. Otto Angleitner - Airlay Thermobonding Ovens Type 1112 machine that processes fabrics in to fine materials with no guarding mechanisms for the exposed rotating chains, conveyors and pulleys around the exterior panels of the machine on or about 12/22/21. b) Employees exposed to amputation hazards while conducting fabric recycling operations approximately 1 foot away from a blue SCICAM Mattress Pad Machine, that processes fabrics in to fine materials, with no guarding mechanisms for the exposed rotating chains and sprockets around the connecting table of the machine on or about 12/22/21. c) Employees exposed to amputation hazards while conducting cardboard compressing and recycling operations approximately 1 foot away from a Vertical Baler Press Machine 6-2068 machine that crushes cardboard with no guarding mechanisms for the exposed rotating chains around the external sides of the machines on or about 12/22/21.
