29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a. Located at 1799 Woodland Drive, Delaware, Ohio: On or about December 15, 2021, and at times prior, during the performance of residential roofing work, the employer failed to maintain a safety and health program to ensure hazard detection and correction including, but not limited to, fall protection, ladder safety, and personal protective equipment, thereby exposing employees to fall and struck-by hazards. A & H Roofing Services, LLC. was previously cited for a Repeat-Serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1520996, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 06/14/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 467 Landings Loop, Westerville, Ohio. A & H Roofing Services, LLC. was previously cited for a Serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1479491, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 07/27/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 2315 Canterbury Rd, Upper Arlington, Ohio.
