29 CFR 1926.651(j)(2):Employees were not protected from excavated or other materials or equipment that could pose a hazard by falling or rolling into excavations, or by a combination of both if necessary. a) At or near 370 Bergen Blvd., Fairview NJ - Front of Property - Trench: Employee was exposed to struck by and or caught in hazards as he was engaged in dewatering activities inside an approximately six foot deep trench that had spoil pile placed at the edge of the trench wall, on or about 10/27/21. LORENZO CONSTRUCTION CORP. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.651(j)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection , 1361681, citation number 01, item number 03 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/16/19, with respect to a workplace located at Corner of Jackson St x 56th St, West New York NJ.
