29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: 138 Abbott St., Springfield, MA: On or about November 16, 2021, the employer had not provided fall hazard training for employees that are exposed to fall hazards as part of their assigned duties. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1). Eliezer J Perez was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.503 A 1 , which was contained in OSHA inspection number1488368, citation number 3, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/19/20 with respect to a workplace located at294 Hopkins Pl., Longmeadow, MA.
