29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) Exterior of Building - Articulated Boom - Back: Employee was exposed to fall hazard of approximately 20 feet while engaged in framing activities from the basket of an articulated boom lift without being connected to the basket, on or about 12/17/21 b) Exterior of Building - Articulated Boom - Back: Employee without any means of fall protection was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 6 feet while moving a boom lift, on or about 12/17/21 Freitas Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1527002, citation number 01, item number 03 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/21/21, with respect to a workplace located at 3316 Kennedy Blvd, Jersey City NJ.
