29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1):It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a. Located at 750 Wharncliff Loop in Pickerington, OH: On or about November 12, 2021, the employer did not ensure that an effective safety and health program was maintained onsite to ensure that hazards were identified and corrected while employees performed framing work onsite. Antonio Alva Aguilar/DBA Aguilar and Alva was previously cited for a serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1480837, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 12/04/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 223 Kohler Street, Pickerington, Ohio 43147.
