29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: a) 37 Corey Rd., Hancock, MA : On or about October 22, 2021, An employee was exposed to fall hazards as part of their assigned duties and the employer had not trained him prior to exposure to these hazards in topics such as but not limited to recognition of fall hazards, dangers of fall hazards and procedures each employee must take to prevent or minimize risk of such exposures. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
