29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1): An educational program was not provided for all employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting: a) At 300 Industrial Park Blvd, Nashville, GA 31639, Plant 5, on the southeast side, on or about October 13, 2021, and at times prior to, the employer failed to ensure all employees were trained and familiar in the use of fire extinguishers, as well as the hazards associated with incipient stage fires, thereby exposing employees to fire hazards.
