29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): A list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that is referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet (the list may be compiled for the workplace as a whole or for individual work areas); and, a) On or about September 22, 2021 in building C at the Davis Standard 12 foot Coater/ Laminator, the employer had not compiled a list of hazardous chemicals for chemicals such as but not limited to Ace Silicone Lubricant (skin irritant) and White PA PE MB (burn hazard).
