29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i):Stairways having four or more risers were not equipped with at least one handrail: 2 Janet Circle., Shrewsbury, MA: On or about July 21, 2021, employees were observed using stairways that had 8 risers and no handrails at this residence being constructed. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1). Junior Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard o29 CFR 1926.1052 C 1 , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1280332, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/24/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 587 Main St., Falmouth, MA
