29 CFR 1926.651(i)(3): Sidewalks, pavements, or appurtenant structures had been undermined and a support system or another method was not provided to protect employees from the possible collapse of such structures: Location: Worksites Employees are exposed to struck-by and caught between hazards while working in a 9 foot 2 inch excavation where the pavement has been undermined.
