29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B): Each affected employee was not instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure: a) JBS Foods, Inc., 800 N. 8th Ave, Greeley, CO 80631: On or before February 17, 2021, the employer did not ensure that each affected level employee understood that e-stop controls could be used by affected level employees in emergency situations and did not require authorized-level training. This condition exposed workers to amputation hazards.
