29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6: a) Safeway Inc., at 4301 Forest Street, Denver CO 80216: On or before February 16, 2021, the employer did not ensure that compressed gas cylinders were secured in accordance with Section 3.3.1 of the Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, in that a nitrogen cylinder located in the middle of the room behind the Blowmold Machines was upright and not secured. This condition potentially exposed employees to fire and struck-by hazards.
