29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1):The employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section by preparing a written (training) certification record including the name or other identity of the employee trained, the date(s) of the training, and the signature of the person who conducted the training or the signature of the employer. The following instance most recently occurred on February 3, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite: The employer does not document fall protection training for employees engaged in construction activities at heights exceeding six feet. Kobi Highlander, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1486698, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 29, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 5521 Fairmount St. Burbank, IL 60459. Kobi Highlander, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1452011, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 3, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 621 Walnut Hinsdale, IL 60521. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
