29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a) Miguel Dominguez, at a jobsite located at Lot RVO425, 544 Randall Road, Delaware, Ohio 43015: On and/or preceding October 20, 2020, the employer failed to initiate and maintain a safety and health program such as but not limited to a personal protective equipment program, electrical safety program, fall protection program, and a ladder safety program for employees conducting roofing work. Miguel Dominguez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1481682, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 10, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 768 Wharncliff, Lot WEL138, Pickerington, Ohio 43062. Miguel Dominguez was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1418200, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 23, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 137 Thrush Circle, Pickerington, Ohio, 43147
