29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a. On or about October 15, 2020, and at times prior, located in the Press Department, portable fire extinguishers were not mounted so that they were readily accessible. Portable fire extinguishers were stored on the ground in pedestrian walkways and areas where powered industrial vehicles were in operation.
