29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or the loss of an eye: Worksite located at 2700 W. Ash St., Columbia, Missouri- On or about Aug. 7, 2020, an employee was working on a scaffold and fell. The employee was taken to the hospital where he was admitted. The employer failed to notify OSHA within the 24 hour period of the hospitalization.
