29 CFR 1926.95(d)(6): The employer required employees to provide or pay for his or her own PPE that was not excepted by paragraphs (d)(2) through (d)(5) of this section: (a) On June 19, 2020, and at times prior, where employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to 18 feet while installing roofing materials on a 2 story town home where the employees were required to pay for their own fall protection equipment by the employer, located in the vicinity of 1411 Eastwood Street in Bismarck, North Dakota.
