29 CFR 1910.101(b):The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gasses in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks was not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965: a) Family Dollar Store #8645, Store Front: Five helium storage tanks were not secured in a stand and /or to a wall structure to prevent the tanks from being tipped over from unintentional contact with two missing the valve protection caps, on or about November 18, 2020. Family Dollar Stores Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.101(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1366830, citation number 1, item number 4, and was affirmed as a final order on 6/26/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 3552 Leavenworth St, Omaha, NE 68114. Family Dollar Stores Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.101(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1232162, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 7/4/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2901 Mahoning Ave. Ne, Canton, OH 44705.
