29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a) Between May 20, 2020 and June 2, 2020, employees were exposed to eye injury while operating a pneumatic nail guns without eye protection during carpentry work. Emerald Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1284456, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 27, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at W. Main St. & N. Old Rand Rd., Lake Zurich, Illinois 60047. Emerald Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1270365, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 27, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 75 W.
