29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets. BB Frame LLC dba Frame Q LLC, as successor to Frame Q LLC, and Juan Quevedo does not ensure that employees wear hard hats when exposed to head injury while walking under a caterpillar telehandler forklift with a load of plywood elevated approximately 6 feet to 30 feet above the ground, pneumatic nail guns and a saw on the roof. This violation was most recently observed at 20 W. Central Blvd, Palisades Park, NJ, at instance on 2/28/2020 and 3/02/2020. Frame Q LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1264265, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/20/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2475 6th St, Fort Lee, NJ 07024.
