29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met (Construction Reference: 1926.59): (a) On or about 02/27/2020 - 8202 Nantucket Circle, Owens Cross Roads, AL, the employer had not developed a written program for employees mixing U.S. Cement, Type N Portland cement. A&E Masonry, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1240073, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/11/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 68 Summerlyn Way, Owens Cross Roads, AL.
